Using delegate feedback forms, our GoldMine, Crystal Reports, ACT!, Sage and other IT training courses are monitored for quality, relevance and delivery.  We consistently achieve customer satisfaction levels in excess of 90%.  Most of our clients who take introductory level training go on to book more advanced training to further enhance their skills and productivity.
