You can create different price lists for different customers. Each price list can have its own discount matrix for prompt payments, bulk purchasing, etc. It makes it easy to check exactly how much you should charge in every situation
Sage Line 50 incorporates a "Bill of Materials" (BOM) that lists the components required for each of your products. Using the BOM, the software can automatically work out exactly how many new components you need to buy - in addition to ones already in stock - in order to meet current orders. In addition, there's an automatic process for checking which items in your inventory are below their minimum re-order level. Just press a few buttons and a list will immediately appear on your screen.
You can simply press a button to print out batches of cheques. The cheques will display all the correct payment details - the only thing you do is sign them.
