Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping And Handling
For all items our standard shipping (£12.00) and handling (£3.00) charges apply.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days (subject to stock availability).

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our secure payment service provider's computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We do not store your credit card details on our systems.

Guarantee
All of our products come with the manufacturers standard warranty. All purchases are final. Once the product has been delivered there is no refund.

Microspec Computers Ltd does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy
Goods supplied to businesses will be accepted for return only by prior agreement and if incorrectly supplied or faulty.

If you are a consumer (as opposed to a business) and provided that the goods are still sealed, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after the day following delivery.

You must obtain a Retuned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number from us before returning goods and this must be clearly shown on the outside of the return packaging. Goods will not be accepted without an RMA number. Software will not be accepted for return if the licence seal on the media is broken or has been tampered with.
